Patriot Body is the culmination of years of education and hands-on experience in the fitness industry. As a successful personal trainer in an ever-changing industry, on a daily basis I see the benefits of personalized fitness programming and a focused approach to improving health. WHO I AM

I am an athlete, competitor, powerlifter, and bodybuilder. But more importantly I am your next and last coach. I have worked in the fitness industry for almost 10 years. I know what works and what doesn’t.

  • The Bravo Package is geared toward those individuals who already have a strong awareness of proper nutrition but need guidance with strength training. You will receive:
